A complete renovation villa in la Nucia

In this full-scale renovation project—both interior and exterior—we had the opportunity to begin working six months in advance alongside our clients, as it was a pre-scheduled job with a fixed start and completion date. Booking the renovation six months ahead proved ideal, allowing us to offer the best materials and maintain stable pricing by avoiding market fluctuations.

Throughout the process the clients lived in a housing attached and actively participated in the construction of his dream, a house with a level of finishes, excellent to enjoy their retirement in Spain.

The process began by the demolition of windows in all the rooms, tiles, carpentry, water and light as well as movements of the earth.
Also the empty housing completely because it was full of all the belongings of the previous owners.

After we started with the new building modifying spaces, performing a detail-electrical installation adapted to the demands of the users and providing for the housing of more than 20 independent circuits for different uses.

With the plumbing started the new installation from the counter to the last point in the garden, compliance regulations and performing an installation compensated hydraulically.

Were new ceilings of plasterboard and smoothed out the details of all the walls with a paint finish plastic with matte color chosen by the customer.

In the bathrooms are selected with simplicity in the choice of materials, but at the same time, betting on exquisite quality and signatures of warranty.

Equipment was installed air-conditioning in each room and a team of aerothermal for the hot water.

For heating we opted for a pellet stove this in the living room to heat the entire house.
