Renovation with Ibizan essence: A villa in Altea that breathes style

A project where wood, light and intelligent design transform every corner.

In Altea, where the sea merges with the mountains, we have given life to a unique villa inspired by the bohemian and contemporary magic of Ibiza. Every detail, from the bespoke furniture to the atmospheric lighting, was thought out to create a home that balances functionality and beauty.

On the stairs: making the most of every centimeter.
– Wardrobe slanted under the stairs: Designed with shelves removable wood, maximizes storage without breaking visual harmony.

2. Living room INTEGRATED FURNITURE AND USE OF SPACE.
– Shelves made of solid wood, custom-painted in situ in order to adapt to the voids in buildings, provide a storage discreet and elegant.

– Doors of natural wood to close those spaces where you wanted to keep the visual order, adding warmth and texture to the environment.

-Integration of the fireplace and the TV will design a *cabinet enclosure* that unifies the two elements in the same line of sight, preventing breakouts aesthetic. The wood and neutral tones (beige, off-white), creating a perfect balance between rustic and contemporary.

3. Master bedroom: luxury and technology.
– Headboard coated: Two wardrobes integrated side, with LED lighting dimmable via mobile app (tones, warm or cold, or even color for each time).
– Materials: laminated Wood, combined with a lacquer, a contrast that evokes villas ibiza.

4. Bathrooms: stylish order.
– Furniture with holes ideal for towels and objects of well-being.
– Finishes: Painting in situ moisture resistant, in tones of sand and off-white.

DETAILS THAT MAKE THE DIFFERENCE.
– Lamps of jute and rattan: For a diffuse lighting that is reminiscent of the sunset in the coves.
– Natural touches: mirror Frames in raw wood and textiles of flax oil.
