Casa Wolf

Casa Wolf is a complete renovation in Albir developed with a clear objective: to transform a property into a premium rental investment, tailored to the expectations of the international market.

This project combines design, efficiency and a strong business vision, resulting in a home ready to generate returns from day one, without compromising on quality or durability.

The project included the complete renovation of the property’s installations — plumbing, electrical systems and air conditioning — improving energy efficiency and ensuring reliable long-term performance.

In terms of layout, the kitchen was opened up to the living room, creating a seamless, bright and functional space. This solution maximises the usable floor area and responds to the evolving demands of the market, where open-plan spaces are a key feature of high-end rental properties.

The renovation also included the complete refurbishment of two bathrooms, designed with durable materials, neutral finishes and a clean aesthetic intended to retain their appeal and value over time.

The material selection follows a clearly defined strategy: a RAL 9016 white colour palette, combined with wooden elements and Nordic-inspired interiors. This approach creates a sense of space and brightness, while offering the sophisticated aesthetic that is highly sought after by international clients in Albir and across the Costa Blanca.

The project is completed with a carefully considered interior design scheme, where every element has been selected to create a cohesive, balanced home ready for the premium rental market.

Casa Wolf represents a strategic approach to property renovation for investment: rigorous technical execution, functional design and a clear focus on profitability.
