Set in the peaceful captavating residential surroundings — surrounded by pine trees, tranquillity and open views towards the Mediterranean — this project has been given a new lease of life through a complete renovation by Renova Projects, where natural light, energy efficiency and emotional design form the foundations of the project.
The aim was to transform an older property into a contemporary, sustainable and serene home, making the most of every available square metre while paying close attention to both aesthetic and technical details. The project began with the complete replacement of the exterior windows and doors with thermal-break aluminium frames and high-performance thermal glazing, improving insulation while strengthening the visual connection with the surrounding landscape.
To maximise comfort and energy independence, a heat pump with underfloor heating was installed on the ground floor, together with a high-efficiency Daikin air-conditioning system, electric underfloor heating in the bathrooms and photovoltaic solar panels. These systems significantly reduce energy consumption while ensuring consistent indoor comfort throughout the year. The electrical and plumbing systems were also completely renewed, providing greater safety, durability and overall modernisation.
The interior finishes are completed with large-format porcelain tiles throughout the ground floor and outdoor areas, creating a sense of continuity and visual spaciousness, while engineered wood flooring on the upper floor introduces a warmer transition into the private sleeping areas. The home also features bespoke interior joinery and a custom-designed kitchen with a central island by Cocinas Diseño Costa Blanca. Copper-toned taps and pendant lighting add character, turning the kitchen into the social heart of the home.
The project is completed by a spacious terrace that acts as a natural extension of the living room, finished with outdoor porcelain tiles and surrounded by greenery that enhances privacy and encourages outdoor living.
