Restoration of a historic house in the old town of Altea

In this project our client gave us the confidence to undertake a comprehensive reform of a house of character centenary with more than 120 years of construction, in addition to was a challenge, because the house is located in the old town of Altea, with all that entails for its difficult access, but just that was what led us to make this nice project. It all started redesigning a new space in the kitchen, where it had more storage, increased lighting, and adapt it to a design with mediterranean essence.
After we make a bathroom with a tile hydraulic small format, while keeping the classic design, but with new materials and of first quality. We integrate health and Grohe faucets, which is one of our reference marks as it provides confidence and extreme quality in all its products.
The renewal of the pipeline was complete, as all the pipes were made of iron and were replaced from the counter to the last point of supply.
The electrical part is also underwent a complete change, since it is a facility with over 40 years of independence all the circuits for each appliance, new electrical box adapted to the rules according to the low voltage regulation and, in addition, we renewed all the mechanisms.
The outside terrace underwent a substantial change when you install a sheet geotextile revestech to waterproof the whole terrace, subsequent placement of ceramic and plaster wall and paint elastic for facade. Also removed a roof with wooden beams in a poor state and was installed by a panel sandwich imitation tile to replace it, where I take advantage of the space and created a room with extra storage.
Woodworking was one of the strong points of the project, as it is made to measure, both kitchen furniture, bathroom furniture and cabinets, lacquered with a distinctive blue colour expressly selected by the customer.
We finally apply paint to the whole apartment, a service of cleaning and integral, taking care of every detail and even replacing the existing décor, with the goal that when our client to return only have to enjoy your mediterranean home.
